When is check-in and check-out?

Check in is after 3pm central standard time & Check out is promptly at 10AM on day of departure! You will receive text information for arrival prior to check in dates, and check out information upon arrival.

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, no pets are allowed at condos. Some owners of beach houses may allow pets with pre-approval, pet rental agreement and non-refundable pet fees.

Is there a BBQ Grill?

Some properties are equipped with grills in common areas and are noted in the property description on the website. Please check with the management team for any specific questions. No grilling is allowed on balconies.

What is the check-out procedure for my vacation rental?

Check out is promptly at 10AM on day of departure!

All guests should also complete the following before departure:

Please remove all trash from the property and put in trash shoot in hallway. If you are staying in a beach house, there are designated trash cans in driveway or by the road for you to put the bags of trash in.

Please load and start the dishwasher.

Please set the air conditioner to 74 degrees upon departing.

Please leave all linens on beds and put all dirty towels in a pile in bathroom.

Please complete check-out instructions and then you are set to go!

Do I need a parking pass and how many passes are allowed?

Parking passes vary by property and the Current Tides Team will inform you on how many passes are allowed at your Rental Property. Some passes are paid for separately and picked up at the specific property you are staying in, others are included in your payment and the Current Tides team will leave them for you in unit upon your arrival.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you change occupancy dates on a daily or weekly rental, a thirty (30) day notice prior to arrival must be given. Failure to notify Current Tides will result in forfeiture of the deposit or rent, unless the house is re-booked for the same rental period.

If you cancel your reservation, there is a $100 cancelation fee if cancelled 30 days or more out from reservation date. If cancelled within 30 days or less of reservation date, there is no refund.

If you cancel or change occupancy dates on a monthly rental, a sixty (60) day notice prior to arrival must be given. Failure to notify Current Tides will result in forfeiture of the deposit or rent, unless the house is re-booked for the same rental period.

If you cancel your monthly reservation, there is a $100 cancelation fee if cancelled 60 days or more out from reservation date. If cancelled within 60 days or less of reservation date, there is no refund.

When is my final payment due?

Final payment for condos are due 30 days prior to arrival. Final payments for beach houses are due 60 days prior to arrivals. Arrivals occuring less than the stated times are due in full at time of booking.

Weather/Hurricane Policy

Rentals for periods of inclement weather will not be refunded. Travel insurance is recommended. If you need guidance on travel insurance, contact our office and we will be happy to assist you with getting travel insurance secured for your trip.
