Starting on September 3, 2024, this project is expected to continue through mid to late February 2025 depending on weather conditions. The work includes resurfacing balcony decks and replacing railings, which will make balconies on the south side of the property inaccessible. During this period, the pool and pool deck will also be closed. Please be aware that there will be times of loud noise, especially when work is being done on the balconies.
