- Easy and Fast Paperwork: Complete and sign the necessary documents, which can be done through DocuSign in 30 minutes or less. This includes the rental agreement and an owner intake form covering details like bedroom and bathroom count, amenities, and banking information.
- Listing Build-Out: Once the paperwork is received, our in-house administrative team will begin building out the property listing, ensuring the use of modern standards and that the listing is accurate, detailed, and attractive.
- Connect to Listing Channels: Your property will be connected to and rentable on multiple listing channels, including VRBO, Airbnb, currenttides.net, Marriott Homes & Villas, and Home2Go, maximizing visibility.
- Photography and Staging: While the initial listing may require the use of existing photos, a photographer on retainer will be scheduled within seven days for a full photo shoot. One of our full-time team members will stage the property to ensure it is photo-ready.
- Set Competitive Rates: Current Tides partners with a rate analyst who utilizes high-tech, real-time applications that track prices for comparable properties and ensuring competitive rates based on booking trends and market conditions.
- Go Live: The listing is built and live within four days of making the switch to Current Tides, ready to attract guests.
